I found out today I've been determined SMI (Seriously Mentally Ill).

I'm so scared of going back to being tired because it plauged me for months that I've been up for 48+ hours hyped up on Dollar Tree energy tabs and made a fool of myself in group yesterday talking about divine intervention and my mystical illusion of a dissociative episode yesterday but it's all good it's a good group of people in there. I got high-fived a few times and made everybody laugh.

And I had a good session with my therapist today because caffeine makes me talkative apparently.
