my therapist and i have decided that the direction we're going to go in is to help me discover who i am. because i lack a sense of identity outside of other's interpretations of me. and that's probably really healthy and great.

but i'm scared. i'm scared to really know who i am. bc i've never known them before. and i'm scared i won't like them.
