caring about the underprivileged or thinking finding cures for terminal illness is worthwhile or donating to charity when you have the means to is just being a thoughtful and grounded and decent person? the implied sexual prowess points you might get from some people honestly do not need to be part of that conversation and shouldn't be in order for people to take it seriously
tbh i'm very honest about the fact that i have my own deep seated twisty strange hang ups w sexual themes (yes! i've been going to therapy for years now don't worry!!!) and most people would consider me a prude bc of it and that often keeps me from speaking about anything (ever. with anyone.) but honestly it's gotten to the point where it's truly ridiculous. please. just let me go one day every once in a while in my life where somebody isn't trying to tell me i should care about voting bc it's "sexy ;)"
